    Charlie Cook (see question 1 above) was able to determine the activity times for constructing his chemical contaminant tracking machine.
    A) Cook would like to determine ES, EF, LS, and LF for each activity. Here are the activity times :
    Activity Time (weeks)
    A 6
    B 7
    C 3
    D 2
    E 4
    F 6
    G 10
    H 7

    a) Determine the slack time for each activity. b) Determine the total project completion time.
    c) Identify the activities on the critical path.
    d) Draw a Gantt chart for the project.

  3. Thanks for your interest. The instructions above are pretty easy. I believe in teaching others how to catch a fish, but do not usually catch fish for them.
